Self-Pay Rates: New patient appointment (70 min): $275. Transfer of care, previous patients (adults): $150. Transfer of care, children: $125. Telehealth follow-up: $100 (30 min), $50 (15 min). In-person follow-up (30 min): adults $125, children $100. 45-minute visit: in person $150, telehealth $125.

Insurance: I'm in the middle of getting credentialed (paperwork, the most thrilling part of medicine!) and will soon be in network with Medicare, Medicare Advantage (Humana), TRICARE, KanCare (Kansas Medicaid): Healthy Blue, Sunflower Health Plan, UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, Blue KC (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City), Aetna, Cigna, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum.
